Job Description
Serve as the countries HR representative. Handle employee relations and respond to employee queries on HR matters. Full or partial employee lifecycle management from onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding. Attract, develop, and engage talents with organizational fit. Implement employee development, engagement, and wellness initiatives and drive improvement in employee engagement. Facilitate workforce performance management, employee grievances, and disciplinary issues. Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment to GFS HR directives. Support payroll processing, budgeting, and costing. Administer employee insurance and benefit programs. Ensure employee data, records, workflow, and policies meet regulatory, GFS HR directives, tender qualifications, internal and external audit requirements. Prepare monthly reports and respond to ad hoc information requests. Keep abreast of changes to local regulations and implement measures to maintain compliance. Implement HR initiatives and support corporate initiatives such as ESR, customer events, and branding, etc. Manage country administrative support such as office supply purchases, item issuance, etc. Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority, are clearly communicated and adhered to.
