Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join our team. As an Executive Search Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for our clients’ executive-level positions.
You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilizing your extensive network and industry knowledge, you will identify and attract top executive talent through various channels including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
In this role, you will conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. You will also provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients throughout the selection process, ensuring the best candidates are presented for consideration.
As an ideal candidate, you possess a strong track record in executive search and recruitment, preferably within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry. You have a deep understanding of various industries, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
