Job Description
· To ensure effective time management, oversee and arrange the executive’s schedule, which includes arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including as emails, letters, and packages, to guarantee timely and effective communication.
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to meet the executive’s work and communication requirements.
· Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information, serving as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper for the executive.
· Act as the executive’s initial point of contact, screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests and responding appropriately.
· Perform personal duties for the executive as needed, such as running errands, personal shopping, or managing household staff, to help them balance their personal and work lives.
Qualification
1. Must be a 4-year College graduate.
2. With a pleasing personality.
3. Must be able to deal with work pressure and people effectively.
4. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with less supervision.
