Schedule: 8 hour shift
Qualifications:
- Entry-level / open to fresh graduates
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Take notes and write minutes during meetings
- Organize and manage files and support departmental tasks
- Perform administrative support tasks as needed
