Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining executive’s agenda and planning appointments
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes
- Screening phone calls and redirecting when necessary
- Prioritizing correspondence and handling travel arrangements
- Handling confidential documents and monitoring suppliers’ prices
- Maintaining electronic records and conducting research
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
