Job Description
- Maintaining the executive’s agenda
- Planning appointments and meetings
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Handling phone calls
- Managing correspondence
- Arranging travel
- Maintaining records
- Assisting in various administrative tasks
- Completing expense reports
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining confidential files and other material essential for use by the President/CEO and/or staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
