Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to provide essential support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and a strong aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the CEO’s calendar, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings. You will act as a liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and effectively.
In addition, you will assist with special projects and various administrative tasks, delivering vital support to our executive team. A background in business administration or similar experience is highly preferred.
