Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Secretary to the Chairman at GT Capital Holdings. As the executive secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman of our organization.
In this role, you will manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings, and handle all correspondence and communications on their behalf. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as maintaining confidential files and records.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in MS Office applications are required.
