Job Description
Hilton Manila is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As the Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing and coordinating all culinary activities in our renowned hotel.
Your main duties will include supervising the kitchen staff, ensuring the highest standard of food quality and presentation, as well as maintaining proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in culinary operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Certification in food handling and safety procedures
