Job Description
AG Assists is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. Experience in CRM management, automation tools, and a background in real estate is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM systems.
- Assist in implementing CRM tools.
- Identify processes for automation.
- Manage automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot.
- Provide administrative support.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Go High Level CRM.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php200.00 – Php250.00 per hour
