Job Description
OVA Virtual is seeking an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to support operations in Digital Marketing, Entertainment, Events, or Advertising industries.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in lead generation, project management, and data management
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Entertainment, Events, or Advertising
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Webflow, Notion, and Figma
- Experience in creating newsletters is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations support, data management, and lead generation
- Customer service and client collaboration
- Assist in newsletter creation
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: Php24,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month | Expected hours: 20 per week
Benefits: Additional leave, company events, health insurance, opportunities for promotion, paid training, pay raise, work from home
Schedule: Evening shift, Monday to Friday | Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
