Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- ✓Answer incoming calls
- ✓Record and forward telephone messages
- ✓Ensure all new patient referrals are emailed for triaging
- ✓Confirm patient appointments
- ✓Email and fax GP letters
- ✓Create POP app accounts for THJR patients
- ✓Send out Consent Forms and organize Zoom appointments
- ✓Send SMS reminders to patients and new referrals
Qualifications:
- ✓Bachelor’s degree holder
- ✓Previous admin assistant experience for a medical client (preferred)
- ✓Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- ✓Keen attention to detail
- ✓Excellent customer service skills
- ✓Willingness to work on-site
