Job Description
Become a key member of the Operations team at Shopee, one of the premier e-commerce platforms in the Philippines, in the role of Expansion PIC for the Visayas Region. This position entails overseeing the entire operational workflow while improving our service capabilities. You will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies for new initiatives, developing comprehensive project plans, and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive cost-saving measures and enhance operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or project management. Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino are required. A willingness to travel locally is also essential.
