Job Description
Targets of the position:
- To Find and recommend potential sites (Commercial spaces, vacant lots, development properties).
- To handle licenses/permits for store operations.
Specific Powers and Responsibilities:
- Site searching, agent coordination.
- Site evaluation, population data gathering, competitor validation.
- License processing for permits like Business, Health, Fire, and others.
Records and Documentation Management.
- Administration support, record-keeping.
- Assists in site measurements, contract renewals.
- Monitors rental payments, store concerns resolution.
- Supports Marketing initiatives.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From Php28,00.00 per month
