Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collecting outstanding debts and negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
The responsibilities include contacting debtors to secure payment, updating account information, and working with legal teams when necessary. The ability to communicate effectively, remain persistent, and handle challenging situations with professionalism is essential.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in debt collection, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and excellent interpersonal skills. A background in finance or related field is preferred.
