Job Description
1. Ensure that department training matrix and development programs are submitted in the 3rd quarter for budget allocation and evaluation of training activities.
2. Recommend and select speakers and training centers for internal and external training activities with the support of the HR Head.
3. Prepare post-training evaluation reports, recommend development in training programs, and maintain up-to-date records on participation in training activities.
4. Prepare training expense reports, account statements, and training agreements for departments or participants.
5. Assist division/department heads in planning and implementing training activities, providing recognition to employees participating in beneficial programs.
6. Implement and monitor training interventions, oversee training effectiveness, and support training activities including documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and participant communications.
7. Perform other assigned tasks by superiors as required.
