Job Description
Collates purchase requisitions of materials, goods, supplies, services etc.
- Screens and recommends requisitions for approval according to SOP.
- Coordinates with suppliers and scouts for new ones.
- Prepares purchase orders, reviews inventories, and checks pricing monthly.
- Processes payments, secures invoices, and informs departments of orders.
- Ensures quality control of deliveries and inspects products received.
- Conducts inventory and tagging of items, maintains records, and performs related tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php15,500.00 per month
