Job Description
We are currently seeking an Experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your main objective will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries and providing solutions for technical problems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems and applications
- Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Tech Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
