Job Description
Responsibilities:
As an experienced Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting software/hardware problems, setting up computer systems, and providing guidance to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
- Installing and configuring computer systems and ensuring their smooth operation
- Training users on utilizing new software and hardware applications
- Collaborating with the IT team to improve systems and processes
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
