Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as assisting with hardware and software installations and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing prompt and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of computer systems and software
- Performing system maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches
- Documenting and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. You should also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
