Job Description
Oceanwide Logistics Philippines (OL Philippines) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist. This role involves monitoring shipments for assigned clients and communicating with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
Your responsibilities will include processing documents in a timely manner, filing AES/AFR for export shipments, and ensuring compliance with export laws and regulations. Accuracy is crucial, and you will perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
Note: This is a hybrid work setup. Job type is full-time with a salary of Php26,525.00 per month. Evening shift schedules from Monday to Friday with potential overtime.
