Job Description
Oceanwide Logistics Philippines (OL Philippines) is seeking an Export Documentation Specialist to join our team. This position involves monitoring shipments for assigned clients, effective communication with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and carriers while ensuring timely processing of export documents. Responsibilities include filing AES/AFR for Export shipments, ensuring compliance with export laws, and checking work for accuracy.
This is a full-time role with a hybrid setup (evening shift, Monday to Friday). The monthly pay is Php26,525.00, and benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and staff meals.
Required experience: 2 years in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
