Job Description
The Eye Center Surgical Clerk will be tasked with clerical support in our eye center, focusing on coordinating surgical procedures and managing patient documentation. This role blends administrative responsibilities with patient interaction, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for patients and healthcare providers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and inquiries.
- Maintain and organize patient records for accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise between patients and medical staff for efficient surgical scheduling.
- Input data into electronic health records.
- Handle clerical duties, including communication and billing support.
Qualifications: Degree or certification in a Medical-Allied field. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in medical record systems are essential.
