Job Description
To establish and maintain the wholesale and retail of personal care products and health & beauty products as well as be a distributor of pharmaceutical products to various markets.
Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on training to eyelashes
- Educating clients about proper aftercare for their eyelashes to maintain their appearance and durability
- Cleaning clients’ lashes with disinfection solutions to remove any germs or bacteria
- Applying artificial lashes to enhance a client’s natural lashes
- Trimming and styling clients’ natural lashes to create a desired shape and length
- Applying eyelash extensions using synthetic fibers that are individually glued onto existing eyelashes by a trained professional
- Providing clients with makeup advice to enhance the appearance of their eyelashes
- Consultation with clients regarding their desired results and recommendations regarding services offered
- Keeping up with industry trends and education
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as an Eyelash Educator
- Obtain a cosmetolog tesda certificate
- Obtain training or certification in eyelash extension
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel for work
