Job Description
JOB SCOPE
- Monthly Reporting
- Lease report, Rent rolls, Auditing monthly receivables
- Lender Reporting
- Tracking property improvement projects
- Monitoring real estate reports for discrepancies
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Finance & Accounting
- FP&A with real estate background
- Proficient in QBO and Excel
- Knowledgeable in leases and accounting
MUSTS
- Excellent English communication skills
- Available for full-time work in U.S. Timezone
PREFERRED
- Familiarity with PowerBI (REBA)
- Proficient in updating MS Excel templates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php137,500.00 – Php192,500.00 per month
