Job Description
Location of Duty: Magnolia Processing Farm – Hagonoy, Davao del Sur
Requirements:
- Technical Course Graduate/Highschool Graduate
- Must have NC I or NC II in Sheilded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and/or NC II Plumbing
- 1 year experience in Plant Maintenance.
Job Description:
1. Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve servicing fabrications.
2. Logs daily activities into a Turnover Logbook to update team with progress and new issues.
3. Carries out troubleshooting of activities that involve welding-repair, build-up, oxy-ace flame cutting, and brazing to recondition and salvage worn out mechanical parts.
4. Perform fabrication of various types of products.
5. Review blueprints, drawings, and other specification papers before starting work on a fabrication process and during the steps to ensure accurate completion.
6. Responsible for fixing building and maintaining properties to ensure that they are in good conditions.
7. Perform other related duties as required in plant shutdown activities including indoors, outdoors, confined spaces, and working at heights with proper PPE’s.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- NC II (Preferred)
