Job Description
Customer Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and professionally attends to customers by answering product and service queries and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Attracts and serves customers diligently by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns. Monitors and tracks status of orders. Provides feedback on the status of their orders as well.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data and customer records.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s concerns, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and ensuring prompt analysis of customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
