Job Description
Santos Knight Frank is seeking a Facilities Administrator to oversee and control the daily operations of the Facilities Management Department. The ideal candidate will manage contractors, cultivate positive client relationships, and ensure quality control of services provided.
- Manage contractors and service providers.
- Respond to client issues tactfully.
- Ensure high-quality standards and accurate financial documentation.
- Assist in marketing the department’s services.
- Provide monthly reports to clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php22,500.00/month
