Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities and Admin Officer. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and administrative tasks.

As a Facilities and Admin Officer, your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining our office space, overseeing facility repairs and maintenance, coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies inventory, and handling general administrative duties.

Qualified candidates should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using office management software and a strong attention to detail are also required.
