Job Description

The Facilities, Building, and Security Mgmt. Staff is responsible for conducting or coordinating one or more administrative services of an organization, such as facilities and building management. She/He is also responsible for conducting the organization’s security functions, including physical security and safety of employees, facilities, and assets.

Qualifications:

• College graduate (BA or BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Criminology, Business Administration, and Management or other relevant degree)
• Has experience in general services, including management of supply and property for at least 2 years
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attentive to details, comfortable multi-tasking, and prioritizing tasks with minimal guidance

Responsibilities:

• Maintain that the physical environment, general upkeep, and cleanliness of the building facilities and its surroundings are in good condition.
• Maintain records (building plan, design, electrical plan, water pipe plan, as-built plan, location), facilitate and monitor building repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor proper and wise usage of all utilities (Water, Electric, etc.).
• Monitor construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management when necessary.
