Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance of our offices; cleanliness, repair/replacement/additional office fixtures, and supervise office utility staff.
- Processing and updating of office rent agreements including negotiation for acquiring new office space.
- Facilitate the interior construction and renovation of new or existing offices.
- Procurement of office furniture, including monitoring of accountability.
- Process the requesting of payments for office utilities and services.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or any business related courses.
- Background in General Services or Admin work.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Must possess Coordination and Communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and has analytical skills.
