Job Description
Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for the general upkeep of the mall by providing administrative support. Ensure that the building and its services meet the needs of its occupants and making sure that the surrounding environment is in good condition to work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Received job orders from Mall Occupants (Tenants & other Departments) and coordinate with the in-charge personnel to perform the job request.
- Follow-up and monitor progress of job orders, may oversee maintenance tasks, and ensure completion of job requests.
- Conduct routinary mall inspection to ensure the functionality of the Mall facilities and properties; report or coordinate with the in-charge department for any facilities and properties that require troubleshooting, repair, and/or replacement.
- Assist Safety Officers during emergency situations.
- Assist government personnel during building inspections.
- Perform other jobs as advised by the immediate superior or as required.
Job Specifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- With or without relevant work experience in the field is welcome to apply for the position.
- Background or experience in retail and construction is an advantage.
- Preferably with a good safety mindset. Certifications in Occupational Safety and Health, First Aid and Firefighting is an advantage but not necessary.
- Physically fit, alert and attentive.
- Flexible with working schedule, and willing to be assign across branches (GMall Davao and Gmall Cebu) in case of needs arise.
- Willing to report on-call even during rest days, or beyond work schedule if needs arise.
- Willing to assume responsibility; can handle pressure and multiple job.
