Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial).
Directs and controls the activities in his area to assure the smooth flow of production operations.
Administers that assigned area contributed to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.
With ISO documentation experience.
Knowledgeable in SPC, FMEA, MSA, QC tools, etc.
Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and other opportunities for innovation.
Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site.
Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
Maintains manufacturing assets, facility, monitoring purchase orders, and manages budget approval.
With at least 5 years of Supervisory or Senior Supervisory experience or specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent are welcome to apply.
