Job Description
Qualfon is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring our site facilities, furniture, and fixtures operate at a high standard. Your role will involve monitoring internal and external facility programs, addressing employee concerns regarding facilities, and maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems.
Successful candidates should have a strong understanding of structural safety, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and familiarity with facility-related equipment. Essential competencies include strong documentation skills, reliability, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
