Job Description
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of building facilities and equipment. Duties will include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing technicians and safety procedures, and planning and executing facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate with client, local office and local implementation team on client inquiries and requests, scheduling and mobilization (including acquisition of permits, if necessary), documentation and submission of reports and other tasks necessary for the fulfillment of service agreement with client.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, one must be articulate, be able to communicate well with all kinds of people, be responsible and responsive, and be organized and orderly.
- Knowledge in facilities management and/or office/event coordination is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and best practices in facilities management.
- Experience with project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in facilities management, maintenance, or related field is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- Company headquarters is located in Pasig City.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
