Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities and ensuring that they are well-maintained and comply with safety standards.
Your main duties will include managing maintenance schedules, supervising facility repairs and upgrades, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining accurate records of all facility-related activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing any facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have good communication and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with different departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Prior experience in facilities management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
