Description: This is a pre-award opportunity located on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. The Facilities Energy Manager will be responsible for the full scope of NSF Diego Garcia’s Energy Program. They will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for energy and water efficiency, establishing goals and mobilizing resources to implement projects and programs. The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience and be certified as a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related fields is required.
