Job Description
Alorica is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of our sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets efficiently while optimizing expenses for maximum value.
Your role will involve using performance management techniques to help team members achieve their goals, ensuring 100% uptime across all facilities. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; engineering licenses or certifications are preferred.
