Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, maintenance, safety, and security across multiple sites. This position ensures efficient, compliant facilities through proactive planning and oversight.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, vendor and contractor relationships, space planning, and budget control.
- Coordinate projects, troubleshoot operational issues, and enforce workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Technical proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and building systems; experience with CMMS or maintenance management software.
- Minimum 5 years’ facilities experience, strong leadership and communication skills; CFM certification and sustainability initiatives preferred.
