Job Description
A Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and security of a company’s facilities. They are responsible for ensuring that the physical environment is safe, well-functioning, and meets the needs of employees and customers.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance staff, developing and implementing maintenance procedures, coordinating with contractors for repairs and renovations, and maintaining inventory and budget for facility-related expenses.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong leadership and communication skills, be highly organized, and have a good understanding of building codes and regulations. Prior experience in facility management is preferred.
