Job Description
Are you skilled in office management and multi-tasking? We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage procurement, and handle contract management related to telecommunication and facilities.
Your responsibilities include organizing bookings, processing visas, maintaining an effective filing system, and managing supplies inventory. A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
We offer a salary between Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 with benefits including health and life insurance, company events, and opportunities for promotion.
