Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manages the facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.
• Coordinates work assignments among shift engineers, building technicians, vendors, and contractors. Reviews backlogged work orders to ensure that target SLA for service calls, aircon and equipment preventive maintenance, and patient room concern are completed on time.
• Reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Responds to problems in a tactful and expedient manner. Attend client meetings for facilities matters.
• Oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, water, electric, and other systems to ensure efficient operation. Inspects facility and generates inspection reports. Recommends client site improvement and energy savings initiatives.
• Prepares capital project budgets and operating budget reports. Prepares monthly operating budget variance reports.
• Codes account payable invoices to ensure correct cost center accounting classification.
• Manages various facilities projects, patient room repairs, and other end-user concern.
• Provides the Operation Manager and Director with a monthly written report in a format to be.
• Manages work unit/group. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and monitoring direct reports.
• Responsible for the recommendation to hire prospective candidates, terminations, compensation, and performance evaluation.
• Helps promote all services of Santos Knight Frank to all those whom you come in contact with.
• Carries out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Has 5 years of experience in Food Manufacturing.

Salary: Php60,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
