Job Description
Responsible for the supervision of building and electromechanical works.
Supervise daily routine inspection of overall facilities building, mechanical, electrical system, machine, and equipment to ensure elimination of non-conformance.
Supervise the overall Facilities preventive maintenance of machine and equipment and ensure total actual inspection to eliminate breakdown during operation.
Provide Facilities Technical report or trouble report for any abnormality encountered during facilities machine/ equipment problem.
Assist the immediate superior in the preparation of preventive maintenance schedule, effective planning to meet the target.
Responsible for the supervision coordination of Facilities internal and external project activities.
Assist the immediate superior in the preparation of project activities schedule, planning (Gantt chart) for target execution.
