Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with service providers.
- Manage and resolve facility maintenance requests.
- Assist in planning office space utilization.
- Maintain an inventory of facility supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor utility consumption and vendor performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities support.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work on-site in Davao City.
