Job Description
Brief Description of Duties
- Schedule and implement preventive maintenance and repair
- Supervised operation of utilities.
- Implement cost savings and improvement projects.
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inspiring work culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, and repair of utilities and buildings.
- Project Management experience required.
- Amenable to work in Calamba City

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
