Job Description
SEMY AS, a leading Norwegian Facility Management company with offices in the Philippines (Alabang and Davao), is actively seeking a dedicated Operations and Service Assistant/Facility Coordinator. In this essential role, you will oversee the coordination of maintenance and cleaning tasks for our Field Team in Norway, manage relationships with suppliers and tenants, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Proven track record of coordinating maintenance across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with building systems and management software.
- Must be available to work from our Alabang or Davao office daily from 2 PM to 11 PM PH Time.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
