Job Description
SEMY AS, a reputable Facility Management company based in Norway with offices in the Philippines (Alabang and Davao), is seeking an Operations and Service Assistant/Facility Coordinator. This role entails coordinating maintenance and cleaning activities for our Field Team in Norway, managing relationships with suppliers and tenants, and ensuring adherence to local safety regulations.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility or property management, proficiency in maintenance coordination, strong skills in tenant and supplier management, a solid understanding of building systems, familiarity with facility management software, and availability from 2 PM to 11 PM PH Time.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php65,00.00/month | Location: In-person
