Job Description
StorageMart is looking for a committed Facility Staff member to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the appropriate storage units, support them during their move-in and move-out processes, and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in determining the ideal unit size for their needs.
- Send timely payment reminders to customers.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relatable experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
