Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Factory Director to join our team. As the Factory Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and overall management of our production facility. Your main objective will be to optimize productivity, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products.
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and workers to achieve production goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high product quality.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing management, with excellent leadership and organizational skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to excel in this role.
