Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIC FARMING.
- Analyze operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents; recommend improvements.
- Prepare plans for planting and harvesting; ensure staff understands expectations.
- Inspect crops, livestock, soil, and water in various divisions.
- Manage the marketing and sale of farm products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent.
- 5+ years of farming experience (required).
- Management experience is a plus.
- Passion for agriculture and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month.
