Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIC FARMING.
- Analyzing and improving existing operations, crops, livestock, and financial documents.
- Preparing planting and harvesting plans, overseeing staff, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Inspecting crops, livestock, conducting soil and water tests, and managing supplies.
- Schedule equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Marketing and sale of farm products.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in recruitment, training, budget preparation, and financial reports.
- Building professional networks and staying updated on agricultural science.
- MUST BE WILLING TO DO OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED BY THE IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent.
- Extensive farming-related experience.
- Management experience is a plus.
- Passion for agriculture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate: Angeles, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: FARMING: 5 years (Required)
Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
