Job Description
Responsible for direct oversight of the day-to-day functions of Layer Farm. This includes, but not limited to, monitoring and managing the flock, bio-security, and farm production.
- Graduate of BS Agriculture or any related field
- With at least 5 years of related work experience in Layer Farm Operations and Egg Production Programs
- With at least 1 year of experience in a People Management role
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Proficient in Farm Reports preparation and analysis
- Has basic knowledge in the SAP system and application
- Knowledgeable in evaluating layer farm operations and manpower performance versus established KPIs
- Knowledgeable in training subordinates or new hires to produce high-quality employees
- Must be amenable to work in a stay-in set-up in Gerona, Tarlac/Sta. Maria, Bulacan
